1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Herb Potatoes:
4 medium potatoes, diced

1 tsp dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Green Beans:
2 cups green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp butter

Instructions
Prepare the Pork Chops: Season pork chops with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown, then set aside.
Make the Mushroom and Onion Topping: Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return pork chops to the pan and simmer.
