  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Herb Potatoes:

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Green Beans:

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork Chops: Season pork chops with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown, then set aside.
  2. Make the Mushroom and Onion Topping: Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return pork chops to the pan and simmer.
  3. Cook the Potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast until crispy.
  4. Prepare the Green Beans: Cook green beans until tender, then toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
