  • 1 head garlic, halved horizontally

For the Mini Quiches:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped ham or cooked beef bacon (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
