  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta Bake:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or elbow macaroni)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Meatballs: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  3. Brown Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet; brown meatballs until cooked through; remove and set aside.
  4. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
