The Best & Easy Pancit Canton Bihon Recipe

Main Ingredients:
- 450g sliced pork 🐖
- 400g mixed pancit canton + bihon noodles 🍜
- 5 cups hot water or tap 💧
Veggies and Flavorings:
- 2 carrots, julienne cut 🥕
- 200g green beans, trimmed 🌿
- 2 medium-sized onions, sliced 🧅
- 6 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- Chopped celery (as desired) 🌱
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce 🥄
- Soy sauce (to taste) 🧂
- Ground black pepper 🧂
- Cooking oil 🛢️
- Stir-Fry Veggies: In a large pan with oil, stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes. Add green beans and stir-fry another 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Pork: Sauté onions for 20 seconds, then add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sliced pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium heat. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
- Add Flavor: Add oyster sauce, mix well until pork is coated. Pour in 5 cups water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove pork and set aside.
- Cook Noodles: Add bihon noodles into the simmering broth, cook until softened. Add pancit canton, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Combine and Serve: Return pork to the pan, stir well. Add back the sautéed veggies and chopped celery. Toss everything together until combined. Turn off heat and serve warm!
