Cake:
- 6 oz white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 oz white chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and melted white chocolate.
- Whisk dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to the wet mixture.
