  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin if needed)

For the Wrap

  • 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Season the Meat: Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Mediterranean Flavor: Stir in paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2–3 minutes. Finish with fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Make the Whipped Feta Sauce: In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chili flakes, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water gradually until the sauce becomes light and spreadable.
  5. Warm the Wraps: Lightly warm the flatbreads or pita in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them flexible.
  6. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous layer of whipped spicy lemon honey feta on each wrap. Add the cooked turkey, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
  7. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Fold the sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
