  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

For the Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large tortillas or pita wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: pickled onions or olives

Instructions

  3. Season the Beef: Mix in paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well to combine all the spices evenly throughout the beef.
  4. Add Tomato Paste: Stir in tomato paste and water, combining until the beef mixture turns slightly saucy. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes so the flavors meld together. Then remove the skillet from heat.
  5. Prepare Chili Hot Honey Feta Sauce: In a bowl, combine softened feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce or chili paste, chili flakes, finely grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
  6. Warm Wraps: Heat the tortillas or pita wraps in a dry skillet or microwave until they are soft and flexible, making them easier to fold without tearing.
  7. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous layer of the chili hot honey feta sauce over each warm wrap. Then add a portion of the seasoned ground beef on top.
