Instructions

  5. Make the Garlic Hot Honey Ricotta Sauce: In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Warm the Wraps: Heat tortillas or pita wraps until soft and flexible, either in a dry skillet or microwave briefly.
